We have vast experience in dealing with builders and developers, having been involved from the conception to the completion of many of sites. The advantage to both parties of working in close proximity, is that we are able offer advice on management friendly leases and also on site layout. We also offer company Secretarial services so are able to allow clients the opportunity to pass this responsibility on a Management agent.

As Managing agents we have experience both being tied in to the lease and as working as a sub-contractor to the Management company and are happy working on either basis.

In addition to standard block management we have vast experience in Managing Public Open Space and Manage several such schemes throughout the North of England.

The handover process from the builder to the leaseholder can be a sensitive time as could cause undue time delays and cost. To ensure a smooth transition we assist our client by applying a thorough handover systems meeting the client on-site to agree an acceptable schedule of latent defects which will need to be signed off before handover. This not only ensures tight Schedules but also prevents future costs to the client   

We know we have an obligation to you as the builder to provide a high quality of service. The feedback we receive from Leaseholders on developments which we have managed from conception has been positive which has reflected well on the client.
