We are founded on four core values:

No long term relationship can be built on lies or broken promises. We will always be straight with our clients even if that means delivering uncomfortable news. As long as we’re clear about the situation and state all the facts behind our recommendation, it will be understood that we have our clients’ best interests at heart.

Our company has a long history and every member of our team has extensive experience which means that our decisions are not based on hunches or guesswork.

No matter the time or day, if our clients need us, we are there. We’re dealing with homes, after all. They’re our number one priority and we’re there to fix their problems, talk things through and give the best support and advice that we can.

It’s all very well being honest and working closely with the client but we are the experts. They have brought us on board because of our experience, knowledge, vision and track record.

Our Aim, Philosophies & Values

To give our clients piece of mind that their property and interests will be cared for now and far into the future.

“As a Director of Corby Lodge, I have been involved with Town & City for over five years. In that time, I have found Town & City to be a very professional organisation from senior management to grass roots level. Since day one we have worked extremely closely with Town & City and we have built a relationship not only professionally but eventually becoming good friends.”

Residents’ Management Company Director, Corby Lodge

“We appointed Town & City in 2004 to manage one of our new developments, Glen Court in Middlesbrough. They worked closely with the flat owners, and the transition to the owners taking control of the Management Company, with Town & City acting as their agent and advisor, went very smoothly. Similarly in 2006 we appointed Town & City to manage another of our new developments, Greenhill flats in Darlington, and again the whole process went very smoothly.”

Kebbell Homes

“We were very impressed by Town & City’s no nonsense approach to our needs and they won the tendering process. Despite our previous agents attempts to cause havoc during their notice period, Town & City were up to the job and saw us through what could have been a very difficult period.”

Why it pays to keep a close eye on every property

Property management isn’t simply about collecting ground rent and service charges and keeping a building and its grounds well maintained (although we’re sure many companies behave like it is). The reality is that the bulk of a managing agent’s time is spent on dealing with issues that arise. Just a few weeks ago, one of […]
