Town & City Management Ltd, which first opened its Bournemouth operation in autumn 2016, has appointed two additional employees at the office after less than a year in operation, to manage its swiftly growing portfolio in and around the local area.
Since opening, Town & City Management Ltd’s presence in Bournemouth area has grown from strength to strength. We are now responsible for managing more than 32 residential leasehold properties in and around Bournemouth and Poole, and this number is continuing to rise rapidly.
Reflecting this business growth, Town & City Management Ltd has now invested in two additional Property Managers for its Bournemouth office: Tamsin Withers and Ian Hepple.
Tamsin Withers began working in Property Management in 2015. The skills Tamsin gained through working as an Interior Designer helped with her transition into the profession and she has since gained her AIRPM. Tamsin is now working towards her MIRPM and an MSc in Historic Building Conservation.
Meanwhile, Ian Hepple is an experienced property professional with over eight years in the industry. His specific role at Town & City is to provide advice to managing agents, landlords and residential management companies on fire risk assessment, general health and safety and asbestos management. He also provides guidance and arranges works where necessary to comply with risk assessment criteria such as fire stopping, electrical testing, lightning conductor testing and providing signage. This is a theme which is of great importance to Town & City. Following the recent Grenfell Tower tragedy, the company also produced an extensive 16-page guide for all their residents this summer on fire protection, prevention and safety.

The Bournemouth branch is Town & City Management's newest office. We also hold established offices in London, Leeds and Darlington. Not only have we seen the Bournemouth office grow, but we have also increased the number of our employees at our other branches in London and the North East by 37% over the last year, and is set for continued expansion in the years ahead.
