So, to this end, we have launched a new online management portal, to help you keep in touch with us and for us to keep in touch with you even more easily than before.
This new state-of-the-art portal tool, especially created for Town & City Management by Dwellant, is designed to ease communication between managing agents, contractors and leaseholders to simplify task management and to store important documents centrally and securely.
For leaseholders and contractors, it offers an opportunity to log any faults at your property which we can action upon receipt. It enables leaseholders to be able to log into a secure account to view accounts and pay their service charge bills online. The portal also presents an opportunity to store and access budget accounts, minutes, insurance certificates and invoices for your building securely within the cloud, so that they are easily accessible to all who need them, and centrally stored.
We are introducing the new portal at all our properties, and with each property that we manage, it is our intention to upload the last two to three years the of important documents so that everything our contractors and leaseholders need is in one place.
