If timely communication, collective value for money and a reliable service are important to you and your Residents’ Management Company (RMC), you’ve reached the right place.
On a regular basis, we meet individuals and RMCs who are frustrated and angered by property management companies which fail to communicate and to keep their promises.
It frustrates us, too, that the industry is poorly regulated and we remain steadfast in our resolve to rise above it, giving you, our client, the attention, the value and the service you want. We’re reliable and we want to make property maintenance as effortless as possible for you and your fellow residents.
Teamwork: you + us = we
Your initial meeting is completely free of charge or obligation. Before we do anything for you, we want to know exactly what you’re looking for and how we can add value to your property and grounds. Please use this time to give us your thoughts and tell us about any issues you’ve experienced to date. We’ll examine your development and offer you an initial assessment of where we might save you money and/or a realistic assessment of how you can enhance the value of the properties in the longer term.
If you decide to engage with us, we’ll work as a team from day one, building a genuine rapport. For example, a member of staff familiar with your unique property will meet with you on a quarterly basis, attend RMC meetings and generally keep you posted about what’s happening. When you raise queries or report areas which need attention, we’ll respond promptly and instruct trusted and accredited contractors to fix any faults. If you have any queries about your lease or your responsibilities, we’ll be happy to advise.
Flexible, reliable, realistic
We know you may work regular office hours, so we don’t! If you hold your meetings during an evening, we’ll be there. We’ll also read meters regularly (rather than rely on estimated bills) and your utility providers will be paid on time, every time. You’ll have named contacts to ring in an emergency, or indeed for everyday queries.
